Slash Gets the Kiss Off

Former Guns 'n' Roses guitarist Slash and some friends grabbed a bite to eat at the Hamlet restaurant on LA's Sunset Boulevard yesterday.

Slash has a little time off - which could be permanent - as his latest project, Velvet Revolver, may or may not be getting back together after lead singer Scott Weiland wraps up his tour with the reunited Stone Temple Pilots. With guest appearances on songs by artists ranging from Alice Cooper to Michael Jackson, I'm sure Slash can find plenty to do to keep himself occupied.

The guitar hero was in good spirits as he ate his meal and happily signed an autograph for the waiter - who later showed off his bounty for photographers, but thinking he was in the presence of 'the man from KISS.'

Let's hope he at least meant Paul Stanley. Gene Simmons wishes he had locks like Slash's.
